Ripe citrus aromas such as grapefruit combine with fresh green lime and hints of green chilli peppers on the nose. Concentrated and fresh on the palate with mineral tones with a well balanced grapefruit character on the finish.

Vinification Details:

The first 30% of the fruit is harvested in the second week of March then 12 days later the second portion is harvested to provide extra ripeness. Following a clean, stainless steel fermentation 6% of the wine is fermented in old oak barrels to provide complexity to the blend.

Superb on its own with lamb or chicken.
